What Is Experimental Type?
Studying and Analyzing Experimental Typography
As part of a project on experimental typography, we were asked to choose a quote or a passage from a book and set it differently 99 ways. I chose to explore, compare and contrast two seperate quotes from Google’s Sergey Brin.
At the end of a the three week period, the final assignment was to come up with one last piece that would explain what we had concluded about experimental typography, my final piece was the Sock Monkey Type poster.
